About

🏋️‍♂️ About Train After 50

Welcome to Train After 50 — your go-to resource for strength training, fitness, and healthy living for men and women over 50.

My name is Edward Fernandez, and I started this blog because I believe getting older doesn’t mean getting weaker. In fact, with the right approach, you can build strength, mobility, and confidence — no matter your age.

💡 Why I Created This Blog

When I hit my 50s, I noticed things were changing:

  • My recovery slowed down
  • My joints ached more often
  • Workouts I used to breeze through felt harder

But what frustrated me the most? Most fitness advice online was aimed at 25-year-olds with six-pack abs and no injuries.

I wanted real, actionable guidance for people over 50 — people like you and me who want to stay strong, live longer, and feel better without getting hurt.

That’s why Train After 50 was born.
